Withdraw from the contract Changed your mind? You can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. You can also notify us before delivery.
What happens next? After you confirm, you should receive an email receipt with the content and time of your declaration. Keep this email.
If your order has not shipped We will ask our fulfillment partner to stop dispatch where possible.
Returning your order Send goods back without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You bear the direct return postage cost. Include your order reference and pack bottles securely.

Refunds Refunds are due within 14 days of your notice, including the standard outward delivery charge when you withdraw from the whole order. We may withhold payment until the returned goods arrive or you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
